    Job Title: Finance & Accounts Manager 1st Feb, 2023

    Location: Tirunelveli

    Years of experience: Minimum 3 -5 years 

    Roles and Responsibilities: – 

    • Processing of supplier invoices along with commissions, discounts and taxes where applicable.
    • Reconciliation of invoices with supplier contracts.
    • Monitoring of client reports/accounts/expenses make adjustments as and when required necessary.
    • Receivable reconciliation (Bank statement) and apportion to bookings.
    • Coordinate and respond to client in a timely fashion.
    • Ensure compliance and adherence to process.
    • Proactively inform manager on challenges faced.
    • Follow up with service contracts, renewal and client payment status.
    • Draft and send proposals to clients based on their requirements.
    • Co-ordination with Statutory Auditors and internal Auditors.

      Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM) 1st Feb, 2023

      Location: Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pondicherry, Coimbatore, Madurai

      Years of experience: Minimum 3 -5 years

      Roles and Responsibilities of BDM

      • The candidate must have a pleasing personality and will be responsible for generating revenue growth by prospecting and building pipeline planning and executing business development activities.
      • Build strong pipeline consistently by developing new relationships in the target market segments.
      • Use various channels – cold calling, online media, digital marketing to generate fresh leads for business.
      • Good business communication skills.
      • Minimum 3 + years’ experience of client relationship and sales in small to medium size organization.
      • Creative and assertive individual with a hunter mentality who can work well for developing business with new clients.
      • Ability to work independently, self-driven and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
      • Filling of business proposal/tender online and offline.
      • Willing to travel as per business requirements.
      • Experience from security services or Defense background would be preferable.
